Weekend Meditations & Exercises

Each weekend, a new meditation invites you to relax, breathe, and reflect on the week that has passed. During these meditations, you may be guided through exercises to help open you up to your personal connection to the Ancients and to speaking your Languages of the Self.

You may want to keep a notebook nearby to jot down any words, images, sensations, or insights that arise while you listen to the meditation in the Languages of the Self. If you regularly practice these weekend meditations, you might begin to notice certain themes that frequently emerge for you.
